I wanted a black blouse, I didn't have one in black. When I order Grace Karin, I know that I'm getting a quality item because I've bought the brand before. When it arrived in a bag, it was very wrinkled and I dreaded having to iron out that front. I first thought, better to send it back because that's going to be a pain to iron. As with most delicate fabrics, I decided to air dry it with a lent free damp item. That worked beautifully, no ironing necessary and the fabric has a nice weight and body. It's 98% polyester. The satin finish is pretty and it catches light so the cross over front doesn't look flat. I'm so glad that I purchased this blouse. I wore it, tucked in and under a jacket, for about 3 hours, not a hint of a wrinkle.The neck band is closed with two half round small buttons and elastic loops. That is a little difficult for me to manage, but I'll get the hang of it eventually. I don't care for the elastic gathered sleeves. Nothing wrong, just not my preferred sleeve. I like a band or a cuff. Considering the weight of the material, it's surprisingly breathable, so it's going to be comfortable in the Spring and Summer. I suggest washing it turned inside out and in a laundry bag, with darks, cold water; dry it low to air heat. You don't need a laundry bag, but it will protect the blouse.Sorry that my pictures don't justify how nice it looks. I'm going to order a few more of these blouses in different colors.I'm 5' 93 lbs, and the small size fits perfectly. Shoulders hit exactly as they should. That's another thing that I like about the brand, it's a true fit. I have girl endowments and I often have to go with a medium to accommodate them, but the shoulder seams fall about an inch or so too wide. I also don't like a bodycon fit. GK nails the proper fit.This is a beautiful blouse with an interesting style. Wear it alone or under a jacket, it's ideal either way. Most of my jackets aren't standard collar friendly, it's a constant struggle to keep the jacket and collar in order. Too much work!You need this blouse in your wardrobe!
