I was worried by the description that it wouldn't have pockets, just the pass thru slashes. But it has two deep side pockets just in front of the pass thrus, so I am keeping it. It does restrict some movement when reaching out, both overhead & doubling over. It's way warmer than I expected. Overall, I'm glad to have it.
